Nithya Priyan School of Yoga

NPSOY has been my go-to studio for over a year now. Love practicing with Priyan. A beautiful space, well-run studio, and an inspirational teacher with a philosophy that goes beyond just poses into spirituality and the heart of the practice. I love the community events and challenges. The generous, free mediation sessions every Sunday morning has been such a grounding routine for me. Thanks Priyan and team for creating this wonderful school.

Beautiful studio with clean, calm vibes, led by community-first owners and teaching team who offer a good variety of well-structured yoga lessons to benefit students of all levels. The meditation and pranayama sessions at the school are also extremely beneficial for those who with to take their practice beyond physical asanas!

One of the best yoga session I've had! Build up prep to the main poses was really nice and helped me to get into them with more ease. Teacher was clear and provided great instructions.
