Parul is amazing. I really enjoyed my training course with her guidance. kids yoga teacher training covers wide and details about yoga, kids, their behaviours, anatomy etc…. Fun fun fun. ‘Kids yoga card’ which she created, also very recommended. My daughter and I love it so much. (Kids yoga card can purchase from Amazon I think..)

It was a meaningful & transformative journey. As parents, the course has reminded me to always communicate with my kids using age appropriated methods, not from my expectation as an adult. The syllabus are well planned and explained by Parul in a very easy to understand manner and as she promised, she will guide you all the way. =) Highly recommended!
