Aha Move is a wonderful studio with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Coco, the Pilates instructor, is highly professional and knowledgeable, always providing personalized guidance to help me get the best results from each session.
I love Yiyi reformer class very much. Her class focuses on precision. She teaches students how to do pilate poses precisely. I also love Fiona's dance class very much. Her dance moves are elegant and beautiful. The flow is just smooth and effortlessly.
