Yoga Inc is one of the leading Yoga studios in Buona Vista. They open their studio 15 minutes before the first class and close 30 minutes after the last class. Their facilities are meant for members who have signed in and attended a class on the day itself. Senior citizens are welcome to participate in their yoga classes. However, if exercise is not part of their routine, they should try more gentle classes such as stretching or basics.
