Shaggy was introduced by a contact when I was looking for a videographer who would be able to film a series of interviews as part of our organisation's neuroequity campaign within budget. Shaggy was kind to help us work that out and tried to get our messages across in the most efficient way. We did our part to prepare our scripts and memorise them but nerves & memory slips still got the better of us during the process. Shaggy was patient and encouraging throughout and made the whole process stress-free. Thereafter, Shaggy was prompt in the post-production processes and would respond quickly when changes needed to be made and when extra reels were needed. Thanks to him and his team, we were able to launch our campaign within our timeline.
