Glad that we manage to engage Pan Pixels to help us with our wedding video. Contacted them quite last minute- wedding in Jan 2024 and only contacted them in early Dec 2023. Thank God Lili response was super-fast and prompt and slot is still available for our wedding day. They assigned Edmund to be the videographer. Most of the time I actually didn't remember he was there (in a good way). We can fully focus on our wedding day. Edmund only directs us when necessary and was a polite and easy to work with person. My husband and I were not the most natural couple to film, but Edmund manages to capture all the moments very well. He did a very good job for the same day edit video and we are also pleased with the final video that we receive one month after the wedding. Great and smooth service provided by Pan Pixels. My husband and I love our wedding video highlights. We highly recommend Edmund who did a fantastic job as our wedding videographer. He is very professional and reached earlier than expected during the AD. He is easy to work with and coordinated well with our photographer. Though we had a tight timeline during our AD, Edmund managed to prepare a same-day video edit and captured all of the moments that we wanted to be able to relive. His product is incredible and exactly what we were looking for in our wedding video.

Videographer Edmund was professional and efficient. He was very easy to work with. He nailed the brief and I did not need to make much edits to get my final draft. Would recommend!
