A friend recommended that we send our 10-year-old Shetland Sheepdog there for dental scaling and polishing. When we arrived at the clinic around 11am, there were already several people waiting in line. No doubt the wait was long, but I have to admit that Dr. Vanessa did an excellent job! She thoroughly evaluated our dog and suggested doing a few tests to ensure that she is completely safe to be under GA as a senior dog. Of course, I was anxious at first, but everything went well during the procedure, which required my dog to have 2 tooth extracted. Dr. Vanessa even called us two days later at 10:35 p.m. to see whether everything was okay! Kudos to the team at My Family Vet!.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Vanessa for the outstanding care she provided to our cat. Her kindness and compassion made a world of difference during a stressful time for our family. We couldn’t ask for a better veterinarian, and we highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional care for their pets.

Really good service and vet experience, they did everything that they could to ensure the health of my 10yr old Japanese Spitz was maintained and improved, the wait time might be long, but the quality of service was definitely worth the wait.
