Gentle Oak Veterinary Clinic

Went through a few clinics before them, and it was not that we had experienced bad service but I didn't feel we need to stick with one. But with Gentle Oak, I knew after the first visit it would be my pup regular clinic, despite being so far from our place. Dr Lee and Dr Travis are great at their jobs, always patiently listening, explaining the situation, answering our questions. And the advice given are not always your instant solution, they always consider the long term impact on my pup's well being. Recently, my pup went through a surgery with Dr Travis. We were very nervous about during and after, Dr Travis would check in with us, answer our concerns and reassure us. And it is not just vets, every staff at the clinic always make me feel my pup is in good hands. They might not be always enthusiatically talking to you or animals, but the gentle and calm way they handle your pet, the smile they give when they look into your pet's eyes, the non slip mat on the weighing machine, and how they proactively help you when you need, says a lot about the clinic's culture. I m very glad I found Gentle Oak for my pup.

Our trusted vet clinic with many good vets. Turnover seems to be high though as we have had a few different vets over the years as the previous vet are no longer around at some point. Avoid junior vets and ask for the senior ones!.

Very friendly and helpful people, gentle to all animals. They seem to be very competent and show responsibility to what they do. After many years this is our new clinic and doctors for grumpy Muffin.
