Dr Lai is very experienced and skilful. He ensures that you are not feeling any more pain and discomfort before leaving the clinic. He doesn’t just treat the symptom or issue but will identify what could be the source of the issue (spine misalignment/hunchback/etc due to bad lifestyle habits/body condition), and will give you advice on how to better improve/manage it. He isn’t the “tender loving care” type of doctor that you are expecting. He is a no-frills guy that will get the job done. He may be misunderstood at times as being rude as he is a straightforward guy but he definitely cares for his patients.

I have seen so many TCM clinics. Thus far, Dr Lai is the best chinese tuina physician. He knows exactly where is the pressure point. There is always a need for a second visit follow-up but there is no need for Dr Lai cause he is just too good. He is just like a miracle doctor. Just tuina alone, relieves all the pain and aches!!!
