Additionally clinic assistant Kim , greatly contributed to my positive experience. Kim is not only friendly and welcoming but also respectful and not pushy when discussing treatment options or packages. This made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my visit.

Always a pleasure to visit PULSE because of the cheerful disposition of the frontline staff and super positive Physician Yen. She managed to alleviate the ailments that I have suffered for a long time. I found relief from the pain in my lower back, as well as numbness in my upper limbs from the gua sha, acupuncture and moxibustion. It may seem scary at first but Physician Yen's skilful treatment, clear explanation and assurance helped greatly.

Been visiting Physician Yen for a couple of sessions and she’s very attentive and experienced in administering the treatments.
