Visited OR at Upper Thomson for trigger finger pain relief in May 23. Was assigned to Physician Kerry Chan. Very patient to hear me out as I described my pain in details. Made conscious efforts to go for weekly acupuncture sessions - it was a relief! In end Jul 23, I experienced right knee pain, loud pop sound when I climbed up the escalator. Walking was a chore! I went back to Phy. Chan for help. Again, very patient and she explained where I could have hurt myself. Went back on a weekly basis again and by the 3rd session, I could walk with lesser pain. The right leg was progressively getting better and almost no pain. Visited Phy. Chan for a nagging cough too. I was immune to western meds and sought for an alternative. The key to taking chinese meds and going for acupuncture sessions is patience. If you’re looking for a miracle, this might not be suitable for you at this time. Now I try to visit the clinic on a monthly basis for general well-being. The needles are addictive Nice, conducive environment and super friendly front desk staff like Mandy Ang make the visit a pleasant experience! Thank you.

I have visited many different TCM clinics over the years, and met at least a dozen of Chinese physicians. I can responsibly say that Physician Chen Yu Ting is one of the best out there. She is a nice lady who is friendly, approachable and empathetic. Patience is a rare quality to see in doctors or physicians nowadays. Some trashy individuals just won’t hear out what we need to say, even if it just take 2 mins to tell them about our condition or discomforts. Whereas, Physician Chen is an excellent listener. And she does it with genuine care and concern. The essential technique is observed closely, with focus and savvy knowledge. A big thumb up! etc, accompany her accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. In short, it is expertise in one place while nursing patients back to the pink of health. Good job, do keep up the outstanding effort !

I have been plagued with eczema since my teen years. I chanced upon Oriental Remedies via their website and decided to give it a try as my eczema was getting worst. The constant scratching at night was affecting my sleep too. Physician Leong prescribed me with herb medication and CPT and ELT therapy to combat my eczema. Only 2 consultations / therapy sessions my eczema itch have lessened tremendously. She was also very patient and listen to my concerns carefully. Additionally, all the staff in the clinic are very helpful and welcoming. My ELT therapist Winnie was very thorough in the treatment and a pleasant to talk to during the session. Overall, I am thankful for their help and highly recommend Oriental Remedies Clinic!
