This is our family TCM , been seeing both Dr Su and Dr Liang for several years already. Both doctors are patient, kind, professional, knowledgeable. The medication is affordable and really works. Sometimes the queue / wait may be long, but if you go during the weekdays it's not too bad. And the receptionist ladies are nice. Maybe can be a bit cranky sometimes if it's hectic, but generally are friendly and helpful. No issues with them or anything about this clinic for sure.

Been consulting at this clinic for years. Staff is so far very nice. Wanted to share review as I feel, they deserve it. The prices for consultation/medication, are really affordable if you try around at many of the TCM places. I have tried, same brand of medications (as observed displayed on shelves, consultation, accupuncture - can add up to $180-$200+). Here, $28 consultation + $30 medication for a week = Payment is $30 as consultation is waived. Kind doctors are really contributing to the community in some form, making it really affordable for people in need. Not to mention the effectiveness. At times, i do see staff allowing some patients for consultations first due to their needs - some crippling/limping patients, you can see the pain in them.

Good doctors, receptionists are nice ladies la. Just follow the system, and they will not be triggered to rage at you. If you are there for female doc, Dr. Su. Start queuing at least 30 to 45 mins be4 the opening time. Gate will open 15 mins before opening time for registration. Wait for your queue number to appear. If you want to go acupuncture, call for an appointment. Walk in is also possible. They issue medication in powder sachets. Not expensive compared to some other tcm that i hv been to. Hope this helps.
