Grateful to Dr Neo for his accupuncture that solved my mobility issues due to an old injury. I had weekly treatment over 2 years and I am walking normally again. As compared to hospital doc that insisted on an operation that cost way too much. Yes, be prepared to wait and it is very packed on weekends. For those reviews that mentioned about the q numbers n people seemingly getting smaller q numbers despite coming later, it is because they already made appointments and are not walk-ins. Also, it is common for people to get a number then go walk around before returning.

Great experience. Been there few years back for acupuncture and it cured me. This time went back due to sudden eczema flare. Went to normal gp and was given steroid cream and steroid. I'm against the idea of steroid hence went to try a tcm instead. The prescription and advices she gave me are really slowly helping me to recover. Totally understand why the long queue all the time now.

Dr Neo is knowledgeable and treat my daughter’s fracture foot well. Because of him, she recover fast in less than a month. The receptionist is very nice actually, in my opinion, they are very helpful. They are caring too. Thank you!! Just be patient with them as the clinic is busy regardless of day and time.
