Decent size shop. They tried to squeeze everything inside with the toys, clothings, baby accessories and bigger items like stroller each occupying a quarter of the shop space. Staff service level is pleasant. I was able to exchange a faulty item without much fuss. Prices are competitive too as along with their other outlets.
Quite a good retail store for kiddy, newborns and mothers-to-be. From nursing devices, their replacement parts, babies and their daily needs, toddlers toys, water bottles from various brands, shoes, bags, clothings,etc. I like shopping at this outlet.
Very good service at both Nex and Waterway Point branches. The staff were very friendly.
