Went in looking to buy a switch lite, none were in stock however the friendly storekeeper advised against buying one as it is an inferior model and sold me a used switch for a good price, gave me a free case and warranty and even helped to clean it out on the spot.
We collected the PS5 bundle on the time it was promised and their service was excellent. The price for the bundle is good and we are absolutely pleased!
