Very friendly staff! I wanted to see if they had any Labubu, but I was told they are sold at Pop Mart. The very nice lady even looked it up on her phone to find the nearest store and explained how to get there by MRT. Top-notch customer service, even though what I was looking for wasn’t available in their store..
