Been staying and working around the area for many years and yet this is the first time we visit. The displays are fascinating. We almost wouldn't believe the 3 dino skeletons are real! And yes, they are real. There's also a complete skeleton of a sperm whale. It's worthwhile to plan a half day's time here if you love nature and species. Price is quite reasonable. We bought from Fave and it's $15 for local adults. Young toddlers may not fancy the place as they might find it dark and scary. But slightly older (like after 4 years?) kids can get very excited! For a quick or slow bite I recommend U-town canteens nearby. Chill and quiet on weekends.

A detailed, yet concise journey through the various kingdoms of animal and plant life. A fantastic and enthralling collection of specimens mostly from the region, and some interactive elements too. I spent about 4 - 5 hours absorbed in the large variety of animal and plant specimens. Very educational, family friendly, clean and beautiful. Congratulations to the curators of this museum for all the good work in educating the public in order to encourage the conservation of our biological diversity. Btw - they have some cute gifts at the little gift store too - specially for kids ! Got myself some

Nice place to learn history. They also have various of skeletons of dinosaurs and ancients animals in the past. Staffs are nice and willing to help if you needed some guidance. The downturn is that I expected this place should bigger than I thought but it isn't. The time to finish was just an hour.
