The staff at Shengsong Supermarket are very satisfied with their service and the goods are relatively complete! Almost a one-stop shop! Very convenient! But in the restaurant on the second floor, I once went to eat and got up to go to the toilet. Before I had walked a few steps, the cleaning man Andy yelled at me to clear the table. I just went to the toilet and had to continue eating when I came back. Yes, it’s not like we don’t clear the table! The whole restaurant looked at me and was quite speechless!
I have had several pleasant experiences at Sheng Siong @Serangoon North with Chong Xuan Yu at the seafood section. Xuan Yu provides excellent service and is really helpful throughout the process. He has good product knowledge and is always willing to share when approached. He is also very friendly and always with a smiling face. His willingness to go the extra mile makes a great difference. Thumbs up! For this reason, Serangoon North is my preferred Sheng Siong Supermarket for purchasing seafood.
