Best place to go especially late nights. Parking is free which is a plus. The self checkout really helps smoothen the queues.

The Giant here is very convenient and V's food is good. If you have time, let’s hold hands and walk around. Everything is there.

As usual, great variety of options to buy with plenty of parking spots.

Very disappointing experience at Giant Hypermarket Tampines. Despite having paid in full and showing clear proof of payment, a security officer accused me of not paying and told me I could not leave. Two more staff arrived and I was still kept there for around ten minutes. What disappointed me most was Giant’s subsequent response, which continued to suggest the confusion was somehow my fault. Once a customer has shown valid proof of payment, this should be handled much more professionally. Never use self check out at Giants, their security and customer service is nasty without reason. - Ana Wolf Reply

I want to praise staff - Mr Rudy, from Giant Hypermarket Tampines. He showed great initiative by going behind the supermarket, locating 7 cartons of 'Pure Water' when they weren't on the shelf.
