Super impressed with the staff over at the customer help desk. I forgot to pack one of the paid items into my gocery bag at the self check out counter yesterday. Took me more than an hour to realise this, after I reached home and unpacked my goceries. Rang up the customer service hotline and they managed to retrieve the item and allow me to go back the following day to collect the item. Very professional & proactive customer service. Both thumbs up for them!!!

One of the biggest NTUC in Singapore... Always items are fully stored and available... Despite the store being crowded always, the stuff there are always busy but always helpful and friendly. There's also a Singapore pools outlet by the side.. money withdrawal... It's 24 hours too. Ample parking available..

Large supermarket with all the necessity and the goods you need for daily or groceries. Can be superb crowded during weekend but luckily it is open 24 hours. Recommended.
