First time came across such a good customer service at NTUC cashier counter. Alice Tan was doing cashiering and she was so helpful and say she will help me to look for chocolate rice sprinkles for ice cream. I told her is ok coz I already walked 2 rounds at baking n chocolates area , but she insisted to find for me coz she saw i going to purchase cones n chocolates spread n she herself felt that if with the chocolate rice will be even better. So she helped to search for around 8mins n confirmed they don’t have it there and she was disappointed too. Such a good staff and i hope that if NTUC management saw this review will compliment her too.
Hi Fairprice Finest J8, I would like to compliment on your staff by the name of Chua Sio hoon. She is very calm and patience helping to resolved the issues I have been facing regarding some products purchase discount. Keep it up!
Finest indeed. Always find the quality here so much better than that Woodleigh one. Staff here are better trained too. Keep up the good standard.
