Two days ago, I was at this Cold Storage outlet trying to reschedule the collection of my festive dishes. Somehow I lost my cool but Mr. Feng was there to placate the situation. He was so patient with me. Mr. Feng run the extra mile in calling several departments to get things sorted out. I was so impressed with his professional service.
Nested besides the Bukit Timah nature, this place provides a good rest stop and The Cold Storage helps with getting groceries before heading home after a good nature walk. Get some wine, too.
Pretty nice place to get groceries. Some stuff on offer is better to get here than other places. They have a wide international variety of items to choose from as well!
