Visited on Sunday afternoon to try the size of the 65z4. Was served by the lady boss and was lucky enough that the first pair I tried was already my size. Went to pick a bag next to replace my already worn out one. Again, she was very patient in helping me look for the type I preferred and even showed all the colours available. All these while the staff were all busy with other tasks such as handling other customers and non-stop stringing of rackets. Prices of items sold were really attractive and comparable with online prices and it was a big plus that the lady boss was extremely friendly and patient despite being obviously busy. Will definitely come by to purchase other badminton needs from POM, greatly recommended!

Superb quality rackets and strings. Owner was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my style of play and preference before recommending the racket that he thinks will suit my play style. The owner also took the time to explain the difference between different strings and stringing method. 10/10 will recommend this to anyone who is seeking more than a transactional purchase.
