The lady boss is very very knowledgable which may be 1-2 star reviewer cannot her tone. She even gave me tips on how to find a racket that is suitable to your current level. My frd told me her string is tight even at 24-26lbs which confuse me. After the lady boss’s logical explaination. Now i know what the is the difference btw her technical And other outside. But you need to replan your game and send your racket 3 -4 days before your next game. Because playing directly after newly stringed the day before Really makes a difference!! Today i used it as per her recommendation and i am convinced by her logical explaination. If you visit her pls keep an open mind.

The service here at the Origin Shop that i have experienced has been very good and consistent over the many times that I have been here. As I had just started my badminton journey more consistently in the past 2 years, the owners took the time to share with me and teach me the different types of racket heads, plus even the tension of the strings, and all the different factors that affect the tension of the strings. They are both certified stringers and are very knowledgeable in the craft. They are also very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this shop for all your badminton needs! Especially for players (whether just starting out or already playing for a long time) looking to gain more knowledge of badminton, speaking to the owners will definitely help you!

I can only play with strings strung by them. It’s been at least 5 years now. They take the time to analyse, understand and explain to you everything you need to know about your strings. I have learnt so much more about my game play and habits through them sharing their expertise and extensive technical knowledge. Would strongly recommend them and their stringing services!
