Uncle is quite busy, I reached at 11 and his shop wasn’t even open. Waited till 11:15 and it still wasn’t open so went for lunch. Checked after lunch and his shop was finally open so I asked how long he will take to restring before I can collect rackets and he said 5 days. To be fair his prices are fair (Bg66 Ultimax is 18) and even though I didn’t experience the restringing service (I guess it must be decent since he takes so long lol) it did turn me off as a customer because of the way he spoke and he didn’t seem to care much at all.

Dropped by the shop in the afternoon after a day of going around Singapore to look for a racket that I wanted. Price quoted right off the bat was already 10% lower than the cheapest quote I have acquired from other shops earlier. Owner expertly advised on the string and wrap as well. Was able to collect the racket within the day itself.

The uncle is very patient and willing to help us since we are noobz but am really thankful for the uncle's help and even exchanged the rocket's bag colour for me for free.
