I am so impressed by their high quality and well selected pieces in active wear, socks and shoes. What ever they have is the best in the line. I enjoyed browsing through their collection of cycling gloves, manduka mats, sports gels and this will be my go to place for all future sports shopping. The elderly person managing the store is patient, ever smiling and warmly answers your queries and willingly helps you shop- a quality pretty rarely found these days. On an earlier occasion I was assisted by a female staff member whose attitude leaves you with a bad taste. I am glad that I tried to come here again and this time my experience was totally different. So I suppose when I visit next, il first peep in the see who is the sales person on duty and then decide whether to enter the store or not.

I wanted to say thank you to the chinese salesman who helped recommend a running shoe to me yesterday. I told him my concerns and what i faced with my old pair of shoes. He understand my issues amd recommended the Altra Escalante 4. Tried the shoe today and i enjoyed my run!. To the salesman (apologies.for not getting your name), thank you for the recommendation!

Went in to the Parkway outlet today, hoping to get a pair of Spenco insoles. Unfortunately, the one I was advised to purchase by my podiatrist was not available but fortunately, a very knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Mr Yap attended to me and upon his suggestion that I try out a few insoles, and with the benefit of his knowledge about heel pain, I found, with Mr Yap's help, the right insole. One doesn't get this level of attentiveness, expertise about one's products and service at most stores these days but Key Power Sports at Parkway stood out because of Mr Yap. Thank you very much Mr Yap!
