Customer Service is very Superb, I have a concern about my shoes that I bought yesterday from Ion Orchard, I called their customer service at Ion branch but I think they are busy, so I tried my luck and called jurong west JD Sports branch and Toni (a girl staff) answered my call in a very pleasant way. She answered all my concerns and explained everything to me with a positive attitude and a very Nice way. Hope JD Sports had a lot of Toni in all their branches more power.

I would like to compliment Ms Sharlyn at JD sports in jurong point for her outstanding service. She is very patience with me as I had difficulties to choose the right sports shoes for my heels issues especially after walking for long. I seek her opinions and she gave me advice . I trusted her and chose the Nike airmax and hope it will help me in my walk trips. Thks Sharlyn.

Yo this place is one of the best place for you to get new kicks! They have some limited edition shoes too at times. New shoes are brought in every month or so? Got me a pair of PUMA Ignite Limitless and I love it since I first laid eyes on it.
