The best customer service ever! I returned some items and the staffs are very helpful and know well what they do! The guys at the bike area are also very helpful and efficient! Look for Mr. Hakeem and his team if you want a good experience. He is very patient even if I gave them quite a hard time with my item return. Decathlon is already my go to sports store. They have the best customer service and return/exchange terms. Joo Koon Decathlon also has been my preferred store as they have a huge selection of all sporting goods and is the closes experience store in the west area.

It's convenient. No worries about rain. If you drive just park at the multi storey carpark. Bus & train too was accessible. If you are members after purchasing, your parking is redeemable. All under one roof.
