He went above and beyond to assist us in setting up our scooter and patiently taught my daughters how to use it. His friendly demeanor, thorough explanations, and hands-on guidance made the experience enjoyable and easy for us. You are so blessed to have such an employee.

Was at Joo Koon branch and was attended by Raihan. A very knowledgeable staff with positive attitude towards my needs. Helped me select a bicycle which is most suitable for my son and even recommended some accessories for it. Helped with my online payment as well thou the payment through the app failed. Kudos to Decathlon for having such a wonderful staff. Keep up the good work and will surely recommend my friends to visit your outlet.

I’ve been to this shop for years. And I’ve seen my fair share of pretty poor staff members or at best can’t be bothered (telling customers you don’t sell watches, very rudely) ones. This lady is by far the best I’ve seen. Taking the initiative, being friendly, all smiles. The place needs more people like her. Awesome from Eriean.
