Decathlon Clementi

I had an outstanding experience at the Decathlon store in Clementi Mall yesterday, thanks to the incredible service provided by Ms. Janice, the store manager. She truly went above and beyond her role to assist me with my hiking shoe purchase. Not only was Janice knowledgeable and professional, but she also took the time to explain the features of the shoe in detail and provided helpful advice to ensure I made the best choice for my hiking needs. This was despite the store being very busy during the lunch peak hours. Her patience and dedication to excellent customer service were evident throughout our interaction, and it made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter such genuine and attentive service, and I am so grateful for her guidance. Thank you, Janice, for your exceptional help. It was nice chatting with you on your sports interest and you were so inspiring! I’ll definitely be recommending this store to my friends and will be back for my future outdoor gear needs!

An absolute legend and the best customer service I ever had. Went in the store lost and can’t find what I wanted. Dare I say that this guy, Chen Long, the absolute GOAT came up to me and helped me. It’s as if he knows the place inside out, he immediately brought me to the aisle where the item I was looking was sitting at. Man need a raise.

Easy to use store (as long as you are a little tech savvy) with many friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff to help you if you need it! Overall a great and economical shopping experience.
