Decathlon Chinatown

Decathlon is a brand, I personally admire for the range of products they offer and that too in a price range that is by no means, expensive (at least for me). Besides, this particular day, Erlysha - the store keeper, was very kind and well mannered. This made us (me and a few of my colleagues who shopped there) leave with a smile despite not getting any additional discount for a big bulk purchase.

Service here is impeccable despite the busy comings and goings of shoppers in the relatively cramped store. Twice I was assisted by Syaheed Sidin and he was unflappable and patient in helping me. I wasn't a easy customer, twice requesting a refund on relatively cheap items. On both occasions he helped without and frustration, despite other shoppers around me trying to also get his help on their own transactions. Thank you Syaheed! Staff like you really make shopping at Decathlon a great experience. Always helpful, always knowledgeable.

I have been looking for socks that would fit comfortably while i traverse across the field while playing football. While i was talking to a friend of mine about it, Erlysha Qistina, an employee, sprang up from within the socks bundle and her hand reached out with the exact socks that i was looking for. her incredible knowledge on how to handle such inquiries are amazing and it should be recognised!

Decathlon Chinatown is by far the best customer service I had experienced in all of my many trips to Singapore. Ms Erlyka, the store attendant, is the kindest store employee I ever encountered.
