The staff at Decathlon Bedok are attentive & helpful, from the payment area to the assistance with my queries on my toddler’s bike. Special mention to Hugo who assisted with all of the bicycle-related queries, and helped to fix up my toddler’s bike with the training wheels and a basket. The service experience was exceptional and excellent. I’m impressed that Hugo serves every customer with a smile and with lots of patience, even when it gets super busy. I was impressed with the overall experience. The store is well organized making it easy to navigate through the wide range of sporting goods. The customer service was excellent. Staff Amirul was friendly and approachable. He were quick to offer assistance when I needed help and also help me get my Decathlon membership. He also provided useful recommendations based on my fitness goals, which made my shopping experience more personalized. Overall, I had a great shopping experience there and would definitely return.

I was so happy to learn new knowledge of squash racket in term of gripping! I never know there is a base grip and overgrip! Normally, a base grip will sell only 1 piece while overgrip will come in 3 pieces. Thanks to Decathlon Staff - Bernard attended to me! He is just so helpful and friendly!
