Bought my shoes from here. At first wanted to do the foot ID mapping. But was told the service was stopped 2 months ago. The staff very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I think his name is Fishman. He helped me to measure my foot, looked at how I walk, asked me what’s my concern, any goal to achieve, then he recommended this Nimbus with wide version. Thank you very much. I’m with Nimbus since model 22.
Service staff Fish was professional and experienced and shared with me the differences in width of the shoe (wide vs extra wide) and what should be the right fit in terms of sizing for me. Even though I didn't buy the shoes in the end he remained helpful and gave me space to decide on my own. Very respectful and considerate staff. Keep it up!
