Sunshine Place

The shopping mall flaunts a fresh appearance post-renovations, offering enhanced amenities for nearby residents. The upgraded air-conditioned Kopitiam exudes a cozy ambiance. The renovation successfully retains elements like the open-air concept and exterior shop-lined corridors, resulting in a stunning overall look. Regrettably, the second story primarily houses education and healthcare services, which were closed during our Sunday afternoon visit.

Good place for surrounding residents. There is a Giant supermarket and various eateries, LiHo Bubble tea shop, cafes and vet. There's a store selling wanton noodles for $3.80 a plate. Delicious as the noodles are QQ.

Newly renovated Sunshine place. New Kopitiam with air-conditioned sitting and ample space. Quite alot of food varieties to try. There's a new KFC too.
