Rivervale Plaza

Rivervale Plaza really needs to look into the maintenance of their escalators. Almost every weekend, at least one escalator is not functioning, and it has been a recurring issue for a long time. This creates inconvenience for shoppers, especially the elderly, and I’ve even witnessed accidents happening because of the faulty escalator. For the safety and comfort of everyone, especially seniors who frequent the mall, I hope management will prioritize fixing and maintaining the escalators properly.

It's pretty clean for a neighbourhood mall. There are tuition centre, music school, clinics, KFC, McDonalds, bakery, NTUC, POSB, hardware shops, TCM shops etc. Next to it is a wet market.

Though only two levels, very large in area and huge number of restaurants, shops , Banks , ATMs and two food courts as well like Kooitium and Koufu. It's primary mall to the neighborhood with Fair price and all other stores la here.
