321 Clementi

This rather small mall is 2nd to the bigger Clementi Mall but could hold its own. The only mall and cinema in Clementi under EngWah is based in this mall and it has a few good restaurants and eateries too. It even has the fitness first platinum gym at the upper floors. Convenient to near access for the clementi Ave 1 and 2 folks as well as the west coasters. It is about 10mins walk from clementi MRT station, has its own parking facilities and also has the super ever popular and packed open air carpark near to it.

Quiet mall that allows you to do what you need to do here without getting disturbed. Nice cinema, comfortable seating, gym is mostly not crowded and it has a pool too. Coffee and haircuts. These are the things I get done here. A little further to walk but it is worth the walk.

The mall has quite a lot of interesting facilities and is close to Clementi central, Clementi sports facilities as well as Clementi Mall. It has a popular fitness center with a swimming pool, a cinema,and a few eatery places such as Jack's Place among others
