Nice medium size mall with lots of Japanese retailers - restaurants (Ma Maison, Maguro Brothers, several ramen shops), food court, grocery and shop. Visited both Don Donki and Daiso. Several bakeries and looks quite good. It has both Japanese food court (Itadakimasu) and local Singaporean food court. A couple blocks from Tanjong Pagar MRT.
Weekdays less people, ampere parking to park. Small mall but have almost everything you need from NTUC, watsons to dining. Good for meetings, wide range of restaurants and coffee places.
Small shopping mall mainly for Japanese products, there's Daiso, Japan house, Don Don Donki, Muji and Japanese food street.
