I appreciate the customer service that your staff provided. Your staff was very attentive and helpful. The staff I interacted with is Mr. Yusri Halim. Everytime I go to your office at Serangoon North. Mr Yusri are always so warm and friendly. He always greets the customer with a smiling face as we walk through the door. He never act annoyed, irritated or too busy. He always eager to help, took extra care for all the queries in a very calm and patient manner. His helpful advice went a good way of ensuring, and all important information. That'll help me making a conscious informed decision. His extreme attentiveness helped ease out my concern. Great service from Irra, always giving us good advice and recommending units that are suitable for us. We’ve rented for many years and had a couple of different units based on our requirements. A very clean environment and the best part is that the place is air-conditioned, with 24 hours access. Highly recommended.
