Very happy and satisfied with Ms Elle Loh's service. She's very friendly and prompt in all our correspondence, but not pushy at all. She's also extremely helpful in addressing my storage needs. On top of that, it helps that Lock+Store at Bukit Merah Central is well-situated and very accessible via public transport, as compared to a lot of storage places located in industrial areas.

Elle has been very helpful from the beginning, answering all the questions and queries that I had. She also was very friendly and would be very accommodating to the circumstances that I was having. Very patient as well. would definitely recommend!
