Engaged the guys from SafeTrolley to install the Hikvision Face Recognition Terminal at my office site. Encountered some issues along the way after few months of purchase but Austin and his tech team rolled with the punches and managed to resolve the issues expeditiously. It is this kind of prompt and reliable after-sales support that will make me think of SafeTrolley first if I were to make any recommendations.

I want to give compliments to SafeTrolley for their professionalism. The job is a simple process of replacing our current system to Hikvision. Upon installation, the technicians realise our power supply is unstable. They run through the testing process and find the issue. Without hesitation, they re-do the wiring so that stable current is transmitted to to the terminal. Impressive work and thumb up.

I had a good experience with Dennis and his team installing my facial recognition lock for my office. Dennis is very helpful and knowledgable, while his installation team were professional and fast. Highly recommend.
