I have very positive interactions with Prowler, particularly with Kenny. He installed our CCTV in 2021 and did an excellent job. I faced issues with the CCTV app recently as I have changed my phone. Although it has been almost three years since the installation, Kenny went the extra mile to assist me. He demonstrated exemplary customer service skills. Kudos to Prowler and Kenny! He rocks!!!
