He provided seamless service from product advice, quotation, through installation and post installation follow up. Our company has our CCTV system installed by Prowler team. I can say that their Engineers are very professional and friendly. They know their stuff well and pricing is reasonable (we did a compare to with a few CCTV service provider in Singapore). They are also authorized partner of HIKVSION in Singapore and so product sold them by them are warranted by HIKVSION. Finally yet importantly, they provide excellent after sale support.

On actual day of visit, they rectified the issues on my existing CCTV system easily (created by another vendor) + offered great practical advice on maintenance. They clearly knew the system well + were also so patient with our questions. Just superb!
