Unlike some Sim Lim company keep asking me to change the system. Lion Securisia Team are responsive and friendly and always help me upgrade to the latest firmware. Excellent service and professional fix by Yong! He is very patient by trying to understand what is the issue in the first place before beginning to rectify. To me is a pretty complicated task and most vendors would have given up, charge me and left….. but definitely NOT Yong. He try and try till the problem is fixed!! Superb attitude from this young man!
