Fast reactions to all my communication. Installation was fast too, this depends on the structure of the building where installed. From first contact until installation was a bit over a week and it took this long because I wanted the installation on a Saturday. When a problem arose with one of the cameras, i-Secure did not hesitate and offered a replacement. This is still to be done; I have all the faith this will be a breeze too. I highly recommend i-Secure.
