Salesman Nelson is very helpful on the products that looking for and professionally explained to us on the door gap and wiring parts. When it comes to installation day, senior engineer Robert and the team have the great attitude and taken the initiative to explain with us about the software and how to use the door access device. Highly recommended! Thank you Nelson and the team.
Great experience with Astrol - from quotation to installation to after-sales service. We purchased CCTVs and Intercom from them. Special mention to Nelson (sales rep) and Bai (installer) who are very responsive, friendly and informative. Products still working well 9 months in. Will recommend Astrol to all!
During our work with Astrol the coordination point is with Leslie Bautista, she is proactive and very supportive. keep up the good work.
