They were fast to find a tenant for my property to lease out, and they vetted through the tenants to find me the most suitable one as I reside overseas. Not only were they quick, Pam managed my property with superb services, where she helped me find suitable contractors to fix up all the problems that were left from my previous tenants, and followed up with the day-to-day of the repairs with constant updates. I did not have to lift a finger when looking for a tenant, repairs, rental collection etc. Pam and Jenny were fantastic at their jobs and really on the ball. In recent times, COVID did not help the property market but Pam managed to find a buyer for my unit in a span of a month. The hard work, effort and care put into her work is sincerely appreciated.
