I highly recommend Isabel Redrup, for being the queen of their real estate niche, and for wonderful service! By niche I mean places with beauty and character, that make your heart skip a beat. Isabel Redrup both has a big supply of these special properties, and a big clientele who appreciates them. They match supply and demand with flair and efficiency. I bought my place from them, and for 12 years since, Isabel has also acted as my agent to rent it out, always within 1 week of the property becoming available! But agent is a misnomer, they have been more of an estate manager. Older houses have character but come with their problems, like leaking roofs, and this is where Isabel shines. Their team goes miles above and beyond to take care of the properties they manage. Once, in the midst of a nighttime thunderstorm, their team sprung into action to save my rooftop patio from over flooding due to a choked drainpipe. I don't know how service can be better. They are a firm and fair middleman, a true honest broker, with market savvy and an eye for design. Highly recommended!
