Went during lunchtime. The place was empty, likely busier in the evening given it has live music and a bar, but we were pleasantly surprised by the food. Definitely give the beef hor fun and stir fried carrot cake a try!
Been to Tipsy Panda for many times and each time is getting better and better, especially their service is so so good! The staffs are very attentive, they take care of each of our customers needs. Strongly praise their manager Jacky, a very friendly and cheerful person who goes around table to table checking on customers. Well done Tipsy Panda.
Jacky was very nice! Very entertaining. The duo singing live music was so nice too. Will come back again!
