Cheeers Bistro & Bar is a very special, cool place to chill out. The vibe is amazing—nostalgic music that instantly takes you back, great drinks, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. What really makes the place stand out is the people. Samuel, with his trademark cowboy hat, is incredibly friendly and welcoming and adds so much character to the experience. Perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy good times. Highly recommended!

The hospitality is fantastic; owner Sam always provides a personal, friendly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a genuine, quality bar experience. And, this is one of the few places in SG where you'd find a perfectly poured pint of Guiness.

I’m Irish - that is needed context for this next statement. Hands down, best Guiness outside of Ireland that I’ve had. To add to that, Sam is the most accommodating, kind, interested, interesting, relaxed and friendly owner i’ve met in Singapore. My girlfriend and I went in for a drink and ended up being in there for two hours talking to him - I think that says it all.
