Nearly 50 acres of pristine green vegetation surrounded by multitude of bio diversity, rich horticulture, wild life , parades for bird watchers and a great spot of physical training with the multiple walking trails or plonking oneself to a quiet spot for a session of mindfulness, meditation and regaining your inner balance If this was not enough, Kent Ridge Park has a lot of history as the one of the last few battles for defending Singapore against the Japanese was fought here . Do visit the museum of Bukit Chandu. Start at Hort Park and end at Science Park.
Great hike from Kent Ridge park that links all the way to Habourfront MRT station, definitely one that we will revisit! Only downside is that it was tough to get up to the starting point through public transport. However, it does offer a great view of the southern end of the island and it’s a beautiful sight on a clear day!
Quiet and full of nature energy. The walk path is very nice with both sides having big trees and flowers. The bridge linked can view the hort park. There is one cotton tree full of cotton and first time I see cotton tree in Singapore.
