You can find an inclusive playground at the junior playfield with a swing for wheelchair users and an inclusive merry-go-round. The park features a large playground with 26 slides and various play equipment designed for children of all ages. The diverse natural environment also includes mangrove plants and the nipah palm, dragonflies, baya weaver, and scaly-breasted munia, adding to the park's ecological value. Woodlands Waterfront Park features a large playground and a promenade offering views of the Straits of Johor. The 11-hectare (27-acre) park houses a large playground with a wide range of equipment and a 1.5-kilometre-long (0.93 mi) waterfront promenade. Woodlands Waterfront Park provides a spacious spot to hold events and picnics. Visitors can enjoy an unobstructed and panoramic view of the complete coastal park and the Straits of Johor from high vantage points and rest shelters along the scenic trail. The central spine and green lawn provide a spacious venue for events and picnics. The park includes a 2.8-mile point-to-point trail, which takes about 1 hour and 9 minutes to complete. A 25 km (16 mi) Northern Explorer loop connects Woodlands Waterfront Park to Admiralty Park and other park connectors. There are 112 car spaces, 27 motorcycle spaces, and three accessible parking spots for disabled visitors. Woodlands Waterfront Park is wheelchair friendly.

This park is perfect for relaxation and exercise, with diverse activity areas and amenities suitable for everyone. Marsiling Park features a butterfly-shaped playground, a musical playground, a net playground, and a ribbon playscape. The park has restored mangroves at its western edge, home to over 1,000 species of saplings. Malayan Water Monitor, Collared Kingfisher, Common Asystasia, Common Lantana, Blue Pansy, Common Palmfly, and Common Grass Yellow are species that inhabit the park. Visitors can enjoy a picnic by the pond or visit the eatery to savor local delights. Marsiling Park also has an amphitheatre available for booking, with a space of 461.6 sqm and a capacity of up to 250 people for community events.
