Mr Lim of Sunlight was the only vendor who gave a cost estimate with a range in their quote. We contacted Mr Lim directly by phone -- he was informative and able to describe his costing. He came to our unit slightly late (by 15 mins which are still acceptable) to work on the tap, but did the job quickly. He also gave us advice on how to use the tap properly and to keep it from getting spoilt easily.
