Jerry was professional and advised me on what to do. He managed to clear the rocks and build up. Luckily it did not require me to go downstairs to my neighbours place to make an assessment of the piping as he managed to clear the debris through to the main piping. Would recommend him for any challenging plumbing problems.

Excellent service & fast response. Not only repair the leaking problem but also answered my questions patiently with clear explanation. Forgot to get the young gentleman name, lol.
